经管类大学生就业期望的调查与分析——以南京市四所高校为例

The Employment Expectation of the Economics and Management Majors:Survey and Analysis——Taking Four Universities in Nanjing as Examples

经管类大学生在当前就业形势严峻的环境中依然处于弱势。通过对南京市四所高校的经管类大学生开展调查,得出以下结论:经管类大学生的职业生涯规划意识需要加强;其就业优势体现在综合素质和就业能力;专业设置的不合理、社会实践经验少、社会资源支持力度不够制约其就业水平;经管类大学生青睐的工作是那些有较大发展机会、薪资福利水平高、稳定性较高的工作,经管类大学生期望就业服务机构在提供就业信息、搭建与企业交流的平台方面多做工作。这为高校提高经管类大学生的就业能力,提升就业服务水平,从针对性、科学化、人性化方面提供有效借鉴。

Economics and management majors remain vulnerable in the current environment of the severe employment situation.A survey was conducted among the economics and management majors in four universities in Nanjing with the following conclusion： 1.Their awareness of career planning needs to be strengthened;2.Their advantage in employment is reflected in the comprehensive quality and employability;3.Employment level is restricted by an unreasonable curriculum program,the lack of putting their education and theories into practice,and the shortage of social support;4.Their favorite occupations are those with more developing opportunities,higher salaries and higher welfare benefits level as well as greater stability;5.They hope that the agencies of employment services do a better job in providing employment information and setting up a platform for them to communicate with the employers.This can be used as an effective reference for improving the graduates＇ employability and promoting the level of employment services from such aspects as pertinence,scientism and humanization.
