基于公民社会视角下的高校社团建设

The Development of University Societies from the Perspective of Civil Society

改革开放以来,中国公民社会正在兴起,社团组织得到蓬勃发展。在公民社会兴起的背景下,政府职能的转变拓展了高校社团的建设空间,市场经济的发展要求转换社团工作方式,青年的个性化发展及学生自组织的大量出现,对高校社团增强工作有效性、活动凝聚力提出了新的要求。面对新的形势,高校社团要重新审视自身的职能定位,努力成为创新高校共青团工作的骨干力量,实现高校育人目标的补位者,维护高校安定稳定的参与者,以及公民社会发展的生力军。

Since the reform and opening-up,China＇s social organizations have been booming with civil society on the rise.In this setting,the transformation of governmental functions have expanded the potentiality of university societies,and the development of market economy requires societies to adjust their work mode.The individualization trend of the youths and the emerging of student self-organizations have put forth new requirements for the efficiency and cohesion of university societies.Considering the new situations,university societies need to take a new look at their own functional orientation and try to become the following： the backbone in innovating the Youth League work of universities,the backup forces in achieving the goal of education,the participators in maintaining the stability of universities and the main force in developing the civil society.
