2型糖尿病患者对胰岛素相关治疗方案的认识及焦虑情况调查

Survey on Cognition of Insulin Treatment Programs and Situation of Anxiety in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的对2型糖尿病患者对胰岛素治疗方案的认识以及心理状况进行调查分析,为临床干预提供参考依据。方法以成都大学附属医院2009年7月-2011年4月住院收治的143例患者作为研究对象,采用调查问卷和SAS评分的方式调查患者对胰岛素的认识及焦虑情况,并用统计分析软件对调查结果进行分析。结果本组病例处于焦虑状态的有89例,占全部病例的62.2%。患者的性别、年龄、文化程度以及治疗的付费方式与焦虑状态与否有明显的正相关性(P<0.05);大部分患者没有接受过系统的DM健康教育;60.8%的人不清楚胰岛素的治疗机理;56.6%的人认为如果注射胰岛素,说明自己的病情已经很严重了;67.8%的人则对可能长期注射胰岛素产生焦虑。结论对2型糖尿病患者开展针对性的健康教育和心理干预可以有效地提高患者对胰岛素治疗的认识,消除患者的焦虑情绪,提高疾病治疗的效果。

Objective To investigate and analyze the understanding of insulin treatment programs and psychological status in patients with type 2 diabetes,and to provide reference for clinical intervention. Methods Totally 143 inpatients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from July 2009 to April 2011 were served as the research objects.With the questionnaire survey and the SAS score,the awareness of insulin and anxiety situation of the patients were investigated.The statistical analysis software was used to analyze the survey results. Results Eighty-nine patients were found to be in the state of anxiety, accounting for 62.2% of all cases.The patient＇s gender,age,educational level,and treatment payment methods were positively correlated with the anxiety state（P0.05）.Most of the patients had not received the DM health education.60.8% of the patients were unclear to insulin treatment mechanism.56.6% of the patients thought that taking the injection of insulin indicated the severity of the illness.67.8% of the patients showed the anxiety for long-term insulin injections. Conclusions Carrying out targeted health education and psychological interventions in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve patient＇s knowledge of insulin therapy,and eliminate the patient＇s anxiety so as to increase the effect of treatment of the disease.
