Civilization Is Popular in the Rural Areas

“晴天一身土，雨天一身泥”曾是山东一些乡村环境的真实写照。为改善农村环境面貌、提升农村文明程度、统筹城乡发展，从2011年4月开始，山东在全省开展为期5年的“乡村文明行动”，围绕村容村貌、村风民俗、乡村道德、生活方式、平安村庄、文化惠民6个方面内容建设文明乡村。
