如何客观审视济南的CBD现象？政府，专家、公众都有自己看待问题的角度。本刊专访了山东大学经济学院副院长，著名经济学家李铁岗。李的核心观点为，CBD绝不是一栋栋华丽的建筑，而是需要各种条件的支持，其中最重要的是要求必须具备多种多样的，完善哪怕相对完善的产业链条。否则，CBD充满了风险。“它需要长时期的高投入，能否成功运营是另一个层面的问题。”
There are now 3 CBD projects in Jinan. From some authority insiders＇ point of view, the city of Jinan is already in the heat of the construction of CBD. But some experts suspected whether the scale of Jinan can bear so many CBDs. According to international conventions, the construction of a CBD needs high level development and the recycling of some functions. The projects of CBD in Jinan have financial features due to the base of construction of the “regional financial center”.
