低温胁迫对玉米种子发芽率的影响

Influence of Low Temperature Stress on Germinating-percentage of Maize Seed

以不同的 2个玉米杂交种为试材 ,分析在 - 10 ,- 15,- 2 0 ,- 2 5℃低温处理下种子发芽率的变化及与相关因子的关系。结果表明 ,种子的发芽率均随温度的降低而降低 ;种子的受冻程度与其含水量及其受冻天数呈正相关 ,温度在 - 2 0和 - 2 5℃时 ,达到极显著水平 ;温度在 - 10℃以下 ,含水量在 15%以上时 ,种子就会受到冻害而降低发芽率。

Two hybrid maize varieties were adopted to study the relationship between germinating percentage and cold-damaged degree under the temperature of -10, -15, -20 and -25℃. The results showed that germinating-percentage decreased as the temperature decreased; between -20℃ and -25℃ there were positive correlations between cold damage degree and water content, and between damage degree and cold stress days. Maize seeds would be damaged by cold and it caused low germinating percentage with the condition of below -10 ℃ and above 15% of water content.
