中材装备集团有限公司南京分公司为溧阳市利用水泥窑无害化协同处置500t/d生活垃圾示范线配套设计了Φ30m×100m垃圾滚筒筛,设计生产能力40～45t/h。介绍了该滚筒筛主要参数的确定并详细分析了其各部分的结构特点,该设备自投入运行起,整体情况良好,运行平稳可靠,故障率低。

Sinoma Technology ＆ Equipment Group（Nanjing） designed the Φ3m×10m garbage trommel screen for Liyang 500 t/d domestic garbage diposal demonstration line, the design capacity was 40 - 45 t/h. The main parameters and structure points of the tromreel screen were introduced, and since the equipment was put into operation,the whole state has been good-stable runing and low malfunction rate, which satisfied the requirements of the demonstration line.
