摘要
东方希望5000t/d水泥熟料线原料粉磨采用了2009年获得发明授权的新型立磨。简要论述了该新型立磨与传统立磨的结构区别及传动特点;在此基础上详细介绍了该新型立磨关键部件——静压轴承系统、大齿圈、减速机和电机等的安装方法及调整措施。
The raw material grinding mill of 5 000 t/d clinker production line of East Hope Group is the new vertical mill which gained invent patent in 2009. The structure and drive points of the new vertical mill and traditional vertical mill were contrasted, and on that base, the installation and adjusting measures of key parts hydrostatic bearing system,large gear ring, reducer and motor were introduced in detail.
