摘要
利用筛选出的链霉菌属 342号菌 ,以酒糟为原料 ,通过固体发酵法制备酶类饲料添加剂。该添加剂每克干物质含糖化酶 4 32单位 ,蛋白酶 339 0 5单位 ,粗蛋白 19% ;每 10 0g干物质含维生素B12 0 92 7mg ,维生素A6 7mg。
The results of additives on feed enzyme preparation from wine dregs with Neurospora 342 culture solid fermentation showed: in each gram of the dry material, there were 432 units of glucoamylase, 339.05 units of proteinase, and 19% of crude protein. There were 0.927mg of VB 12 , and 6.7mg of VA in 100g of the dry material.
