摘要
本文以模糊综合评判技术进行了山萸肉复合晶配方的优选研究,结果表明,最适配方为:复合浓缩汁22.5%、蔗糖粉76.4%、柠檬酸1.11%、β-环糊精0.031%。
The formula of cornus officinalis compound granule was studied by the fuzzy comprehensive judgement in this paper. The results showed that, optimum formula is: 22.5% cornus officinalis compound concentrated juice, 76.4% sucrose powder, 1.11% citric acid, 0.031 % β-cyclodextrin.
