摘要 用乳杆菌选择培养基( LSCM)从鸡直肠内容物中分离出五株革兰氏阳性杆菌,分别是嗜酸乳杆菌2株(LB1、LB2)、唾液乳杆菌唾液亚种1株(LB3)、短乳杆菌1株(LB4)、发酵乳杆菌1株( LB5)。五株菌对雏鸡安全,对小白鼠无致病性。 Using Lactobacillus Selection Culture Medium (LSCM), 5 Strains of G^+ lactobacillus (LB1, LB2, LB3, LB4 and LB5) were isolated from contents in rectum of clinically healthy hen. LB1, LB2 was lactobacillus acidophilus, LB3, LB4, LB5 was lactobacillus salivarius subspecies salivarius, lactobacillus brevis, lactobacillus fermentium respectively. five Bacteria strains were safe for chicken and nonpathogenic for mice.
