出租车与乘客即时运输交互信息系统的可行性研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文在以往解决出租车空载率问题的基础上,讨论了国内电召出租车系统的发展与运作过程,并分析了电召出租车效率较低的原因。通过电召出租车系统,乘客与出租车之间并不能得到及时有效的信息传递,解决出租车空载率高的问题。结合已有经验和国内市场现状,设计了出租车与乘客即时运输交互信息系统的运作框架,阐述了该系统优势并分析其在国内市场可行性。认为应该改变传统的电召调度系统,推广出租车与乘客即时运输交互信息系统,从而更为有效的解决出租车空载率的问题。 Based on the previous schemes to solve taxi empty-loading ratio, we discussed the domestic taxi radio dispatch system' s development and operanon process.By this way, we find that through this system, passengers and taxi drivers can't get timely and effective information transfer, so it' s hard to solve the problem of high taxi empty-loading ratio.Combined with the existing experience and the domestic market present situation, we desigr~ an operation framework of real-time transport and information interaction system and analyze its applicability.This paper argues that we should change the traditional taxi radio dispatch system and promote real-time transport and information interaction system, which is more effective to solve the problem of taxi empty-loading ratio.
