压水堆核电稳压器封头性能验收试料的不同制取方式对比性试验研究

摘要 对热轧板制造的核电稳压器封头,从模拟平试板、封头本体不同位置的试料上取样,按RCC-MM2127的要求,进行了全套对比性试验研究。结果表明:模拟平试板和封头本体试样之间的性能无明显差异,显微特征完全相同,模拟平试板完全可以代替本体取样。 As for nuclear power pressurizer head manufactured from hot rolled plates, specimens were sampled at different positions from both simulated flat plate and head body, with which a whole set of comparative test was conducted in accordance with the requirements of RCC-M M2127. Results show that there is no significant difference in the performance between the simulated and actual specimens, and their microstructure characteristics are completely the same; the sampling from simulated flat plate can absolutely replace that from head body.
