摘要 介绍了220 t/h锅炉进行低NOx燃烧系统改造的过程和收效。对改造后出现的冷灰斗严重结渣、三次风口烧坏、屏式过热器结渣和NOx排放质量浓度偏高等问题进行了分析,并提出了二次改造措施。实施改进后取得了较好的效果。 An introduction is being presented to the improvement retrofit and effects on the low NOx combustion system of a 220 t/h coal-fired boiler, together with analysis on problems such as serious slagging in cold ash hopper, damage of third tuyere, slagging of platen superheater, and deviation of NOx emission mass concentration, etc., emerged after the primary retrofit. Based on above analysis, secondary retrofit measures are put forward and taken with good effects obtained.
