摘要
针对垃圾焚烧烟气处理要求的提高,提出运用一种可以有效达到欧盟2000标准的烟气处理工艺,给出了该工艺流程图,介绍了各组成设备的工作过程和脱酸性能、废水处理工艺和再加热装置,并以实例给出了该工艺中NaOH溶液、Ca(OH)2及活性炭的消耗量,给出了洗涤塔和风机的选型参数。
Aiming at the increase of requirement on treatment of MSW （municipal solid waste） incineration gas, a gas treatment process meeting the EU 2000 Standard is proposed, including the flow chart, the work process and de-acidification performance of every component, the wastewater treatment process and the reheating device. A description is presented to the consumptions of NaOH solution, Ca（OH）2 and active carbon in the treatment process, and to the parameters for type selection of the scrubber and fans, based on actual examples.
