摘要
以复杂薄壁铝合金铸件下基座为研究对象,对比了调压铸造技术与真空吸铸技术的铸件成形与熔炼情况。结果表明,采用树脂砂型精密铸造与调压铸造技术相结合的方法,当充型速度为60mm/s、浇注温度为720℃时,可成功铸出复杂薄壁铸件——下基座。
Complex thin-walled aluminum alloy bottom-base was produced by adjusted pressure casting and by vacuum suction casting, respectively. The castings formation and alloy melting were analyzed comparatively. The results reveal that the complex thin-walled aluminum alloy bottom-base can be produced successfully with filling velocity of 60 mm/s and pouring at 720 ℃ by resin sand mold combining with adjusted pressure casting
