间变性淋巴瘤激酶阴性原发性系统性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤

ALK-negative primary systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma complicated with secondary skin lesions:a case report

报告1例继发皮肤改变的间变性淋巴瘤激酶(ALK)阴性原发性系统性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤。患者女,18岁。间断发热、伴腰痛7个月,右侧腰部红色结节、斑块2个月。右侧腰大肌内软组织、椎旁和腹膜组织病理检查结果符合间变性大细胞淋巴瘤。

A case of ALK-negative primary systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma complicated with secondary skin lesions is reported. An 18-year-old female patient presented with a 7-month history of intermittent fever and low back pain and a 2-month history of erythematous nodules and plaques on the right waist. The histopathological and immunohistological findings of the tissues from the right psoas, paraspinal area and peritoneum were all consistent with anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
