摘要
肝纤维化是慢性肝损伤向肝硬化进展过程中的一个关键阶段。随着肝纤维化逐渐成为当前研究的热点及肝纤维化发生机制的进一步阐明,肝纤维化的诊治策略进行了相应调整,并有了令人鼓舞的研究进展,但同时也带来了不少值得思考的问题。
Latest studies from home and abroad indicate that stem cells exist in different adult tissues and various stages of individual development.There are stem cells not only deriving from liver,but also from other tissues,such as bone marrow and pancreas in liver,which can differentiate into mature hepatocyte-like cells finally.Therefore,stem cell replacement therapy offers a new way for the clinical treatment of hepatic fibrosis in patients with end-stage liver diseases.This paper summarizes the progress in treating liver fibrosis by stem cells in recent years.
