摘要 各种损伤刺激通过不同的炎症因子及信号转导途径介导了肝星状细胞(hepaticstellate cell,HSC)的激活,并使其转化为成纤维细胞,合成大量细胞外基质成分从而产生肝纤维化。Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路与肝星状细胞的激活存在密切的关系。过度或持续的Hh信号通路的激活有导致受损肝脏组织的过度再生,并促进肝纤维化发生。 The activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs) is stimulated by all kinds of injuries through a variety of inflammatory factors and signal transduction pathways.HSCs can transform into fibroblast cells and secrete extracellular matrix components.There is a close relationship between Hedgehog(Hh) signaling pathway and the activation of HSCs.The persistent activation of the Hh signaling pathway leads to excessive regeneration of damaged liver tissue which is the key role of liver fibrosis.
