摘要
细胞外基质(ECM)蓄积是肝纤维化疾病最大特征,肝星形细胞(HSC)的活化是ECM合成的关键,骨桥蛋白(osteopon-tin,OPN)对HSC的激活、迁移和增殖都有很大的影响。在肝纤维化形成的过程中,与转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、有丝分裂素激活蛋白激酶类(MAPK)以及核转录因子κB(nuclear factorof kappa b,NF-κB)相关的信号通路对OPN的表达起重要的作用。现就OPN与肝纤维化的关系予以综述。
The accumulation of extracellular matrix(ECM) is the most important feature of liver fibrosis,the activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSC) is the key to the synthetize of ECM,osteopontin(OPN) has a great influence on the process of activation,migration and proliferation of HSC.In the process of liver fibrosis,the signal transduction associated with MAPK,TGF-β and NF-κB may play an important role on the expression of OPN.Here is to review the relation between osteopontin and hepatic fibrosis.
