桃仁膝康丸联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎

Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Taoren Xikang Pills and Hyaluronate Sodium

目的:观察自制的桃仁膝康丸联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法:将56例膝关节骨关节炎的病人随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用口服桃仁膝康丸联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,对照组单纯行关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠。结果:治疗组总有效率达93.33%,对照组总有效率为61.54%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃仁膝康丸与玻璃酸钠联合应用可起到相辅相成,相互促进的作用,疗效较单纯应用玻璃酸钠显著。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of treating the osteoarthritis of the knee with homemade Taoren Xikang Pills and intra-articular injection of hyaluronate sodium. Methods ： From January 2009 to March 2010,56 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in our clinic and inpatient department were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated with Taoren Xikang Pills and intra-articular injection of hyaluronate sodium, while the control group were simply given intra-artic- ular injection of hyaluronate sodium. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.33% , yet 61. 54% in the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The joint of the Taoren Xikang Pills and hyaluronate sodium could play a role of mutual reinforcement and mutual promotion in treating osteoarthritis of knee, more effective than the simple application of hyaluronate sodium.
