摘要 目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者血液系统损害与免疫学改变的相关性。方法选择在我院治疗的pSS患者49例,分析其临床特点、血常规及免疫学改变。根据是否有白细胞下降分为白细胞减少组和非白细胞减少组,比较两组的临床特点。结果 69.4%的患者抗SSA抗体阳性,血液系统损害主要表现为白细胞减少、贫血和血小板减少。1年内发生普通感染的患者占81.6%。白细胞减少的患者抗SSA抗体阳性的比例高于非白细胞减少的患者(P<0.01)。结论 pSS患者血液系统的损害与抗SSA抗体有一定的相关性。 Objective To discuss relationship between impairment of hematological system and immunological changes in pSS.Methods The clinical features,blood RT,immunological changes of 49 cases of pSS were analyzed.The clinical features of leucopenia group and non-leukopenia group were compared.Results SSA-Ab-positive accounted for 69.4%.Impairment of hematological system showed leucopenia,anemia and thrombocytopenia.The common infections cases in one year accounted for 81.6%.SSA-Ab in leucopenia group was higher than that of non-leukopenia group（P0.01）.Conclusion Impairment of hematological system in pSS is correlated with SSA-Ab.
