506例老年糖尿病患者牙周疾病相关因素调查 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解老年糖尿病患者牙周疾病现状及其相关影响因素。方法采用调查问卷和口腔专科医生现场检查的方式,对506例已确诊老年糖尿病患者进行牙周疾病状况调查。结果受检老年糖尿病患者牙龈炎、牙周炎患病率分别为78.3%、72.3%;老年糖尿病患者牙龈炎患病与患者年龄、糖尿病病程、口腔就诊情况、刷牙次数、患其他全身性疾病和吸烟等因素有关(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病可以增加牙周炎的发病风险,牙周疾病易发生于年龄较大、病程较长、口腔健康行为较差、患有其他全身性疾病及有吸烟行为的糖尿病患者。 Objective To understand the periodontal conditions of the elderly diabetic and the related factors.Methods The investigation questionaire about the periodontal conditions of the elderly diabetic was carried out among 506 cases.Results The result showed that, among the patients, the prevalence of gingivitis and parodontitis was 80.7% and 76.4% separately. Gingivitis of the aged diabetic was related to factors which included the age, the duration of the diabetes, the conditions of visiting the dentists, the times of brushing the teeth, smoking and other systemic diseases(P<0.01).Conclusion Diabetes can increase the prevalence rate of periodontal disease. Diabetics with elderly age, the longer course of diabetes, the absence of oral health care,with smoking or systemic disease can easily sufffer from periodontal disease.
