儿童患者肺炎支原体DNA检测结果分析

Anlysis on detection of MP among child-patients in a hospital of Ningxia

目的了解我院住院儿童患者肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)感染现状。方法采用荧光定量PCR法对74例住院患儿进行MP DNA定量检测。结果 MP总阳性率为22.97%(17/74);男性MP感染率(21.43%)与女性MP感染率(27.78%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4～15岁组MP感染率高于≤3岁组(P<0.01);17例MP阳性患者临床诊断主要以呼吸道感染为主。结论加强儿童患者MP的检测,对其防治有重要意义。

Objective To learn about the infection status of MP among child-patients in a hospital of Ningxia.Methods MP DNA of seventy-four child-patients was detected by FQ-PCR.Results Total positive rate of MP was 22.97%.The positive rates of male and female samples were 21.43% and 27.78% respectively. There was no statistical significance（P0.05）. The infection rate of the patients from 4 to 15 years was higher than that of the patients whose ages were less than 3. Seventeen patients with positive MP were clinically diagnosed as mainly suffering from respiratory infection.Conclusion To enhance the detection for the child-patients with MP has great significance for the prevention and cure of pneumonia.
