摘要
分析了施肥对土壤活性碳(CA)、微生物生物量碳(CMB)、矿化碳(CM)及碳库管理指数(CPMI)的影响。结果表明,不同土壤CA、CMB、CM及CPMI的大小为:水稻土>黄棕壤>红壤>潮土。施肥对CA和CPMI,CMB和CM的影响分别为:处理3>处理5>处理1>处理4>CK,处理3>处理5>处理4>处理1>CK。在提高CA、CMB、CM及CPMI方面,稻草肥、绿肥优于厩肥,厩肥高量施用优于常量施用。施肥10年与5年相比,潮土中CPMI处理7和9上升,处理8和CK下降。相关分析表明:CPMI与土壤养分因子相关或极相关,反映了农业生产措施对土壤碳库的影响,可以运用CPMI来评估土壤碳库的变化。
Effct of fenilizahon on achve C (CA), microbial biomass C(CMB), mineralizable C(CM) and C pool management index (CPMI) in different soils were examined.Results indicated that among those studied soils, soil CA, CMB, CM and CPMI were the highestin paddy soil, the second in yellow brown soil, the mird in red soil and the lowestin Cao soil. Effcts of different treatments on CA, CPMI, CMB and CM were organicmanure > organic manare + NPK > reference > NPK > CK, orgamc manure > organicmanure + NPK > NPK > reference > CK respechvely. In raising CA, CMB, CM andCPMI, effects of different organic fenilizer types and appication were rice straw,green manure beder than farmyard manure, high application better than conventionalappication. Compared 5-y fenilization with 10-y fenilization, CPMI in Cao soilundr organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer+ NPK theatmnts increased, while CPMIdecreased under NPK and CK beatmenL Cormlahon analysis showed: CPMI was wellrelated to tOtal C total N ndcrobial biomass C and N available N P and K inthese soils and sensihve to agriculed measures, which indicated that it is pmehcal toassess soil C pools undr different management practices using CPMI.
