基于Forcecontrol配电监控系统的设计

摘要 针对配电网中结构复杂、位置分散、管理手段落后的问题,利用MODBUS通信协议和RS 485、RJ45接口等技术,结合现场总线控制理论,开发了一种基于Forcecontrol组态软件的低压配电智能监测系统。整个监控系统由控制室中工控机和光纤适配器组成,每个无人低压配电室由基于MODBUS-RTU通信协议的RS 485通信端口的智能控制器和光纤适配器组成。系统具有数据自动采集、动态数据和曲线显示、故障记录报警、实时通信等主要特点。 Aiming at some questions of structure complexity, position decentralization, out-dated management styles in power distribution grid, the paper presents an intelligent monitoring system based on t;'orcecontrol for low voltage power dis- tribution, which uses MODBUS comunication protocol and interface techniques of RS485 and RJ45 with the combination of fieldbus control theory. The whole monitoring system is composed of industrial personal computer (IPC) in the control room and fiber adapter. Each unmanned low-voltage power distribution room consists of the intelligent controller and fiber optic adapter based on the MODBUS-RTU communication protocol and RS485 communication port. The system has some charac- teristics of automatic data acquisition, dynamic data and curves displaying, fault recording and alarm, real time communication and so on.
