摘要
以非接触式的电机转速测量方法为核心,基于虚拟仪器和LabVIEW设计了一种感应电机测试系统。该系统实现了同步、实时监测电机的转速、三相电压和三相电流等多路信号,并对采得的信号可实现实时存储、动态回放和分析处理以及图形打印等功能。通过部分试验测试表明了系统的功能和特点。
Based on the virtual instrument technology and LabVIEW, a motor testing system is designed, and the non- contact motor speed testing method is the core of the whole testing system. In the developed motor testing system combined with hardware, data acquisition can be achieved in synchronism for a long time, including motor three-phase voltage, three- phase current and rotation speed. And this system can also realize real-time storage, dynamic reading, analyzing and graphic printing of the colleted data. The test result shows that this testing system can meet the demands of the applications very well.
