Molecular mechanism of pathogenicity of Shigella spp.

摘要 志贺菌是肠道内致病菌,无鞭毛不能运动,侵袭过程依靠T3SS分泌的效应分子。本文就志贺菌T3SS、参与侵袭过程的效应分子以及相应的致病机制作一综述。 Shigella spp.is an intestinal pathogenic bacteria without flagellum and non-motile.Invasive process depends on effector molecules secreted by T3SS.In this paper,T3SS of Shigella spp.,effector molecules involved in the invasive process and the corresponding pathogenic mechanism are reviewed.
