通过对甘肃引洮9号隧洞稍家沟斜井工程中30 t卷扬机的轨道铺设、变速箱及卷筒系统安装、电气系统安装、矿车牵引绳安装以及整机调式、负荷试验到正式运行全过程的介绍,总结了卷扬机设计、安装、运行、维护的经验。
Through introduction of the whole process from rail laying, installation of gear box, drum, electric system, tramcar towing cable, testing, load test to normal operation of 30t winch for muck out in construction of inclined shaft in Shaojiagou of headrace tunnel No. 9 of Taohe diversion project, Gansu Province, experience of design, installation, operation and maintenance is summarized.
