摘要
本文通过对21例(30只眼)早期角膜碱烧伤患者应用硫酸软骨素注射液0.5ml与维生素C注射液100mg结膜下注射的疗效观察,证明它能促进角膜代谢、改善微循环、防止角膜溃疡与穿孔。用此法治疗后角膜上皮恢复时间明显缩短,均未发生睑球粘连。
The treatment effect of 21 cases (30 eyes)of early stage cornea alkaline burning was observed by injectio chondroitinum sulfas 0.5ml add injectio vitamine C 100mg subconjunctival injection.The result proves that it can promote cornea metablism, improve cornea microsystem,prevent cornea ulcers and perforation.The duration of cornea opithelium recovering was shortend. There was no ankyloblepharon observed
