摘要
巩膜面缝合的白内障手术,以坚韧的巩膜瓣牵引代替缝合闭合,固定切口。83眼均愈合良好。同时巩膜瓣保护创口,防止球外微生物及上皮细胞进入前房。手术性角膜散光及除前房出血外的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组。视力恢复满意。
Clinical practice in 83 eyes of cataract shows that making slanting incision on cornea and suture of scleral surface has resulted in lower rate of complication.less surgical astigmatism and marked improvement of sight.The mechanism is:with scleral valve as the base and after suturing the sclera, the whole cornea is drawn by the tension of the base towards the posterior lip of the incision,thus achieving the closing of the incision.
