摘要
腐败的本质就是公共权力被用来谋取私利,因此,有公共权力存在的地方就有滋生腐败的可能。为进一步加强反腐倡廉建设,高校应结合自身实际,按照廉政风险防范管理的理论和方法,构建从源头上预防腐败的廉政风险防控机制。
The essence of corruption shows the public power is used to seek selfish interest. It＇s possible to corrupt where public power exists. In order to prevent and control the corruption at universities, universities should build up Hsk prevent and control system according to the colleges practice.
