为了调研分析现阶段各方因素对药品价格持续走高的影响,为解决我国药价虚高问题提供参考,笔者走进与之相关的各个领域和单位,对医药卫生行业的监管情况,药品的生产、配送、流通情况,各类药品销售使用情况进行座谈、走访和调研,初步掌握和分析基层老百姓对现阶段医药政策和药品价格居高不下的意见和看法:政府相关政策、医疗卫生机构、药品生产企业、乡村药店和诊所以及患者用药习惯都对现阶段药品价格持续走高有着不同程度的影响,对来自不同方面的影响应该采取不同的方法和措施。有关部门在以后制定政策和解决问题时都应该对以上不同的因素的不同影响加以考虑。
