检测抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体对诊断多发性血管炎的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察检测抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(ANCA)对多发性血管炎的诊断意义。方法用间接免疫荧光技术(IFF)对12例多发性血管炎(结节性多动脉炎、坏死性血管炎)、韦格纳肉芽肿患者,35例系统性红斑狼疮患者,14例硬皮病患者和35例健康体检者标本进行了ACNA的检测。结果多发性血管炎(结节性多动脉炎、坏死性血管炎)、韦格纳肉芽肿等的阳性率为66.67%,明显高于系统性红斑狼疮组的14.29%和硬皮病组的7.14%。结论 ACNA的检测有助于多发性血管炎(结节性多动脉炎、坏死性血管炎)、韦格纳肉芽肿等的诊断。
