摘要
介绍了利用组态王及PLC所构成的适用于钛渣熔炼实用的分布式控制系统,并给出了整个系统原理框图,对控制系统的硬件进行了详细说明。同时还介绍了程序中主要应用的子程序。实际运行结果表明,该控制系统使原有的电气控制水平和系统整体性能得到了全面的提升,维护检修方便,信息交换可靠,人机界面友好。
The paper introduces an applicable distributed controlling system for smelting titanium made from KingView and PLC. The whole system framework is showed. Hardware of the system and ma- jor subprograms are explained. Actual application of system improves the controlling level and perform- ance of electricity in a comprehensive way. Maintenance, examining and repairing are convenient. Infor- mation exchange is trustable. Man -machine interface is friendly.
