摘要
设计了潜孔冲击器检测试验台,该试验台监控系统使用AT89C55单片机、并行高速采集卡,通过分时存取的方法对位移、流量、温度、压力等信号进行采集并传输给上位机。上位机进行数据处理得到冲击功、冲击频率、耗气量等工作参数,自动记录并对测试对象作出合格与否的判断。
A DTH impact test bench is designed. The bench is configued AT89C55 microcontroller, high- speed data acquisition card and host computer. Based on FPGA technology displacement, flow, temperature and pressure signals are collected and transmised to the PC. In which data are processed to performance parameters such as impact energy, impact frequency, gas consumption, then automatic re- corded, to judge the test object is qualified or not.
