摘要
概要介绍了Pro/Engineer中行为建模模块在优化设计中的作用,并通过行为建模模块在曲轴平衡设计中的实际使用,对Pro/Engineer行为建模模块优化设计进行了探索与实践,分析如何通过多目标优化来寻找曲轴质量,旋转轴与质心距同时达到最小时是否可行的设计目标。该方法为曲轴设计人员提供了一个简单、方便的建模方法和结构优化分析手段,有利于提高曲轴的设计质量和效率,缩短设计周期。
It summarizes the function of behavioral modeler in Pro/Engineer applied to the multi - objective design. According to using the behavioral modeler in crankshaft balance design, a new research and practice is provided. And the Pro/E behavior modeling technology is used to research seeks the crank mass and rotation axis to center of mass distance to be smallest whether feasible or not by through multi- objective design. This system provides a simple and convenient modeling method and analysis method for the designer. It is helpful to improve the designing quality and working efficiency and shorten the design cycle.
