摘要
西安航空学院柔性制造教学生产线的备料机械手通过PLC程序实现控制,此控制方式不利于学生的观察、学习;为了丰富实验内容及便于学生观察,在此基础上开发了基于AT89C51单片机的备料机械手单步控制系统,经过实践、应用,达到了预期的效果。
The preparation mechanical hand of Xi'an Aviation Academy production line of flexible manufacturing teaching preparation is observed through the PLC program control. This control method is not conducive to students learning. Order to enrich the experiment and convenient for students to ob- serve, on this basis, single-step preparation robot control system design based on AT89C51 microcon- troller was developed. After practice and application, the desired effect are achieved.
