摘要
设计的新型铂热电阻数字测温电路主要由集成有A/D的5G14433芯片构成,整个电路分为3部分:温度电压转换,连续式非线性A/D转换器,显示驱动。连续式非线性A/D转换器电路非常简单,线性化精确度高,适用于特性单调变化,而且斜率无急剧变化的传感器。
The Pt resistance digital temperature measurement circuit is a use 5G14433 monolithic in- tegrated A/D conversion. The whole circuit is divided into three parts: the temperature voltage conver- sion, continuous nonlinear A/D converter, display driver. The circuit of continuous nonlinear A/D con- verter is very simple, linear and high precision, which is suitable for the characteristics of monotonic changes, and the slope of no dramatic changes in the sensor.
