摘要
介绍了基于MCGS的PLC温度监控系统的组成、工作原理、PLC程序的设计与调试、MCGS组态及统调等内容。监控系统的设计改变了PLC控制系统无法直观地显示现场参数变化的缺点,操作人员可实时监控现场的参数,对工艺流程的参数进行设置,使操作、维护更加方便。
This article describes the PLC temperature monitoring system based on MCGS, including its composition, working principle, PLC program design and debugging, MCGS configuration, system de- bugging and so on. Monitoring system＇s design eliminates the shortcomings of the PLC control system that it is unable to visually show the parameter changes on the scene. Thus by this design, the operators can monitor real-time parameters and set the parameters of the process flows. Thus operation and maintenance is more convenient.
