Analysis of Mechanism of Six-party Talks about Nuclear Crisis of North Korea

自2003年美国和朝鲜之间的第二次朝核危机爆发以来,从2003年到2007年,相关六国进行了六轮"六方会谈",并达成部分共识。但由于朝鲜基于对其自身国家安全的考量以及美朝之间冷战思维的存在,致使六方会谈机制部分去功能化,朝鲜半岛非核化问题悬而未决。

Since the second nuclear crisis of North Korea broke out in 2003, the six nations have had six rounds of talks and achieved some agreement. Because of North Korea＇s concern o{ her own national security and cold war thinking between North Korea and USA, the mechanism of Six-party talks has been partly disabled and the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula remains unresolved.
