摘要
供应商管理是旅游供应链管理的重要内容,建立良好的供应商合作关系是提高旅游供应链效率的有效途径。共同开发旅游产品使供应商与旅行社处于平等的地位,他们的关系更加紧密,这有助于合作的深入。面向旅游产品开发的供应商的管理划分为基础层、运作层、机制层和目标层四个层次,根据各层次要求的不同,提出了构建旅行社协作网络、组建优势互补的团队和建立利益保障机制的管理策略。
Supplier management is an important part of the management of tourism supply chain and a good relationship of cooperation with suppliers is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the tourism supply chain. To jointly develop new tourism products puts suppliers and travel agencies on e- qual terms and there will be closer ties and a better cooperation between them. The management of suppliers that develop tourism products can be divided into four levels: foundation level, operation level, mechanism level and target level. According to the different requirements of different levels, cooperation networks, teams with complementary advantages and management strategy of benefit pro- tective mechanism should be established.
