摘要
全国统一产权市场的形成离不开产权市场的标准化发展,产权市场标准化的核心是产权电子商务的标准化。产权市场标准化发展范畴包括产权市场与产权电子商务的法制化、产权交易业务流程的规范化、产权交易业务分类与产权交易技术的标准化等若干方面。产权市场的标准化发展亟需解决产权市场的法律地位问题、监管体制问题和交易创新问题。产权市场标准化应与证券市场标准化共同纳入到国家标准化工作体系之中,可通过组建全国产权交易技术标准化专业委员会、建立产权电子商务标准化发展联盟、营造良好的宣传舆论环境和标准推广应用环境等措施来推进我国产权市场的标准化发展。
The formation of a unified national property market can not be separated from the standardiza- tion of property market, and the core of property market standardization is the e-business standardization of property fights. The standardization development scope of property market includes the legalization of proper- ty market and property right e-commerce, the standardization of property fight trading business process, and the standardization of property transaction classification and technology. The urgent problems of addressing China's property market standardization development include the legal status of property market, the issue of regulatory regime and the issue of property fight trading innovation. The standardization of the property mar- ket should be involved with the stock market into the national standardization work system, which requires the setting-up of a national property right trading technology standardization committee, the establishment of property fight e-business standardization development alliances, the creation of a favorable publicity and standard application environment in order to promote the standardization development of China's property market
