Capital Control,Credit Addition and Benefit Connection:the Case of Dejiakuangmu Cooperative

本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,结合山东省日照市德佳康牧合作社案例,主要对合作社资本控制的制度合理性以及融资效率问题进行了研究,认为此类形式的合作社具有明显的比较优势。

On the base of referencing former study, this article, through analyzing the case of Dejiakangmu cooperative, researches the rationality of capital control in the management of cooperative, then gets the conclusion that this kind of cooperative has obvious relative advantages.
