摘要
本文通过对我国食品安全现状以及对食品行业可追溯体系应用和发展情况的分析,阐述了建立我国食品可追溯体系面临的产业方面、信息获取传递方面和消费者方面的三个主要问题,提出了建设食品可追溯体系的对策和建议,即建立统一标准和相对独立的权威机构,加大官方监控和管理力度;通过财政补贴、税收优惠及提高企业美誉度推动企业积极建立食品可追溯体系;建立快捷透明的信息供给机制;提高消费者特别是农村消费者的维权意识和认知程度等。
This paper analyse the current situation of the food security in China and studied the traceability system of the food industry in China. Based on the above mentioned analysis and studies, the paper illustrates the neces- sity of the construction of the traceability system and the main problems. Also, the paper intended to put forward relevant proposals on the traceability system construction, e.g. to set up a relatively independent authority, to strengthen the supervision, to stimulate relative enterprise to found the system by fiscal, tax and other measures, to set up an effective information consultation system, to enhance the customers' consciousness to protect their own rights etc.
