摘要
为提高大枣切片机的自动化程度和生产效率,对大枣切片机的关键因素进行了研究,从物料放入、切刀设计、卸料等工艺过程出发,进行了转盘式多工位大枣切片机的设计。该机主要由枣盘输送装置、切刀机构、传动系统等组成,结构简单紧凑,可加工不同直径的大枣。
In order to improve the efficiency of jujube cut into slices ,we researched the key factor for jujube slice, From view point of filling materials, knife design and unloading, turn the disc of progressive jujube slice machine design, The machine including conveying equipment, knifes and transmission system. The machine simple and compact structure, can be processed the different size jujubes.
