摘要 为了有效控制原煤生产运输过程中产生的大量煤尘,在对现有人工手动降尘方法研究分析的基础上,设计了自动喷雾洒水降尘系统。该系统将来自粉尘浓度传感器和红外人体传感器的信号输入PLC以控制电磁阀的通断,实现了智能化喷雾除尘。现场实践表明,该系统结构简单,性能可靠,能够自动、及时启闭喷雾洒水装置,降尘效果良好。 To effectively control large amounts of coal dust during the period of raw coal production transporting, an automatic spray and dust reduction system was designed based on the analysis on existing artificial dust control method. This system can input signals from the dust concentration sensor and infrared sensor into the body to PLC to control the switching of the solenoid valve,which can enable intelligent spray and dust reduction. Practical application shows that the system has simple structure, and has reliable performance, and can control the automatic opening and closing of dust prevention device, and has gained good dust reduction effects.
