摘要 目前,耿村煤矿受高瓦斯、自然发火、冲击地压灾害威胁严重,煤层注水可有效防治这三种灾害。为了提高特厚煤层注水效果,通过现场试验,合理选择煤层注水钻孔施工工艺,提出了上下层施工煤层注水方式,实现了煤层注水在综放工作面的"三防两降"(防治瓦斯、防治自然发火、防治冲击地压,降低工作面温度、降低工作面煤尘)效果,达到了预期目的。 Gengcun Coal Mine is threatened by high gas, spontaneous combustion and rock burst,coal seam water infusion can effectively eliminate these disasters. To improve the water infusion effects of extremely thick coal seam, through the field test, the reasonable construction technology of water infusion boreholes was chosen,and the water infusion method by dividing the coal seam into upper layer and below layer was also put forward. The application of these methods realized the effects in the following respects, including gas controlling, spontaneous combustion and rock burst prevention, temperature control of working face, dust quality control on fully-mechanized top-coal caving face, and has gained prospective purpose.
