摘要
高冒区内由于松散煤体存在而引起自然发火已经成为煤矿内因火灾的重要危险源之一。在对高冒区松散煤体赋存状态进行研究的基础上,以传热、传质理论为依据,分析了高冒区松散煤体自燃的原因。同时应用Fluent软件对其进行了数值模拟,分析了高冒区漏风规律及自燃原因,提出综合防治高冒区松散煤体自燃的方法。研究结果表明:高冒区的漏风从高冒区边界到其中心呈线性递减规律;在高冒区内,破碎区和离层区交界处容易发生松散煤体自燃。
Because of the loose coal spontaneous combustion,top-coal falling region is one of the important dangerous sources of the coal mine internal cause fire. Based on analyzing the existence state of the loose coal in top-coal falling region, taking heat transfer, mass transfer theory as the basis, the loose coal spontaneous combustion reason in top-coal falling region was analyzed in this paper. At the same time,the numerical simulation was carried out using the Fluent software. The law of the air leakage and the reason for the spontaneous combustion was analyzed, and the method for preventing the loose coal spontaneous combustion in top-coal falling region was proposed results show that the leakage law in the top-coal falling region presents characteristic of linear depression from the boundary of the top-coal failing region to its center, and the junction between broken zone and separation zone is easy to cause loose coal spontaneous combustion in the top-coal falling region.
