Engineering supervision management system is established by means of the practice of SH-1 well drilling project, and the position and functions of supervision group in engineering supervision management are illustrated. Some understandings obtained from the management of SH-1 well drilling project are presented. The establishment of SH-1 well drilling project supervision management system is an effective exploration of petroleum engineering supervision management, and it also provides a reference for implementing the supervision management of drilling projects.
